WHAT TO EXPECT FOR EACH SERVICE?

For more information on what to expect for each service, please click any service below for more information: Private 1:1 Pilates Training Online Mat Pilates MEDI PEDI-cure Infrared Sauna Blanket Ensure to dress in the appropriate attire based on your service, including grip socks- don't forget to stay hydrated! *for safety and cleanliness reasons grip socks are recommended for the Pilates sessions. We highly recommend providing a clean and open space for us to provide your service(s). We will arrive 10 minutes early to set-up for the appointment. For Private 1:1 Training, we will get you familiar with the equipment, Pilates vocabulary, and gather a scope of your fitness goals.

HOW DO I BOOK A SERVICE?

WHAT IF I'M LATE OR CANCEL?

In the event of a missed in-home service, canceling at least 6 hours beforehand will incur no fee and allow for credit to be retained, but late cancellation or no-call cancellations will result in loss of credit and a $10 fee.
